On occasion you may receive an item that has been damaged by a courier. If you do please notify us within 72hrs and we’ll do our utmost to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Any shortage or damage must be reported within 72hrs of receipt of goods
How to report a damaged item
- Take photos of the damages – see below for the images required.
- Please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the damaged item. Call us or fill in the form below.
- We will assess the damages and then provide a resolution for you in the best possible time
Providing images of the damage
In order for us to thoroughly assess the your claim and liaise with the couriers we will need images of:
- The damaged item
- The internal packaging
- The external packaging
